I bought this pallet as a colorful complement to the Classic neutral pallet that I recently purchased. These are great colors and everything I'd need on the color spectrum. Nicka eye colors stay on and can be applied from subtle to bold. I note that these Festival colors are shimmery, not matte. Great purchase - so many color choices for the price.

This product is amazing if you’re looking at the reviews to see if you should really spend money on this is it is WORTH IT. Sooooooooo pigmented for $10.00 the price should be higher because it’s truly an amazing palette, very bright and vibrant. So versatile it has a color for any and every occasion.

I am old 64. And these shadows & blushes r wonderful. Highly pigmented but they r soft shiny but do not sit in my creases on my eyes! :-)
It is pretty amazing.
I got this today and yeah I definitely believe it has amazingly pigmented colors for its price. I recommend it to everyone who loves shiny colors ;)
