Defective. Difficulty Returning.
Item was defective. Ask for a return label same day received. I was sent an email asking me to fill out the warranty that came with it… I said why would I do that.? Then I was told the refund policy only applies to cosmetics, seriously people? Go read the return policy it’s clear they will refund Any product that is not marked final sale. You have 18 days. So I threatened to report them to the BBB… then I got my refund. This was my first time using this website. I would never ever ever shop here again.
