My go to mascara

I love it I use finish spray to set it. I have not had z as problem with it smudging. Again work great for 5.00.

Supposed to be Waterproof - NOT!!!

I bought this , from local beauty supply store. The mascara smudges so it is clearly not waterproof. Also the brush coverage is not great.
