the best eyeliner i have found in my life
i wear black graphic, winged eyeliner every single day and i’ve never found such a high quality and accessibly priced eyeliner! i’ve been obsessed with this liner for over a year, i always stock up when visiting my home town in kansas city for myself and to share with friends, but i’m pleasantly surprised that the price remains affordable online. i work 13 hour shifts regularly and it always stays put. thank you!

Awesome!!! I accidentally threw away some makeup while traveling... and when I was introduced to the Artliner by a store associate...I was leary. She then demonstrated by drawing a brow on her hand with a sample Artliner...saying that she used this exact brand...I was convinced. I do t have to order anything on line and wait... the first time I used it I drew a perfect brow. Most of my brow is drawn on. Just excellent...no smudge no worries. For work , being inside and outside in various types of weather, for home, cooking and cleaning....for everyday wear ..it lasts !!!
