I wanted a lipgloss that had a lot of pigment but didn't dry my eyes. Don't get me wrong, I love their True Matte lippies but they can get a little drying. These aren't smudge proof like the True Mattes but color wise, packs a punch. I love that it's really creamy and has a sheen to it.
The first ever lip color I've tried from Nicka K was their True Matte line and it's not my favorite, but at the beauty supply store near me I found this product in Dark Ruffous and had to buy it. I was so surprised that the product was darker than the appearance on the tube, but it's what made me like it more? The deep vampy red is so versatile with the way the product is formulated but can get messy at times. I've used this for eyebrows, eyeliner, colored fake freckles, etc, and it's just a wonderful product. (Also I'm quite pleased that Nicka K is cruelty-free and I'm able to continue using their products)
I got Vivid Burgundy and Cordovan because the colors are pretty and match well with my skin. The application of both products were easy and smooth. Both lip glosses provide great color and coverage--- more like lip stick coverage. Honestly, great for make up beginners like me trying to find and try colors without spending a boat load of money!
